The specific CPI used shall be the unadjusted Index for"Urban Wage Earners and Clerical <br /> Workers", under the "All Items" expenditure category(or "A11 Items Index"), U.S.city average. <br /> The time period of the CPI used shall be from July of the previous year to July of the cunent <br /> year, as issued by the U.S. Department of Labor in August of the current year. <br /> For example, the pricing for services in Year 5 (September, 2009 through August, 2010)shall be <br /> determined by increasing the pricing in Year 4 by the CPI issued in August, 2009, for the period <br /> of July, 2008 to July 2009. <br /> - 26 - <br />
