R2004-86 <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING PROJECT SUCCESS APPLICATION <br /> TO THE ILLINOI5 DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES <br /> FOR GRANT FUNDING AVAILABLE THROUGH THE <br /> TITLE V DELINQUENCY PREVENTION PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Decatur hereby authorizes the City's approval <br /> in the Title V Delinquency Prevention Program to be administered by Project Success; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said grant has been approved by the State of Illinois Department of Human <br /> Services for grant funding available through the Title V Delinquency Prevention Program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
