RESOLUTION NO. R2004-79 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2004/2005 <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 2004 / 2005 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the Coalition of <br /> Neighborhood Organization (C.O.N.O.) for administration of Neighborhood Activities and the <br /> Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Program be, and they are hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
