Conduct kickoff ineeting at Decatur. <br /> 2. Review Phase I instrumentation and equipment recommended in the Technology <br /> Plan for inclusion in the Scope of Services <br /> 3. Develop preliminary radio path communication layout. <br /> 4. Review interface requirements with existing filter controls to maintain the ability to <br /> manually control (i.e.,bypass the PLC) the filters. <br /> 5. Review existing lime feeds, slakers, and ancillary equipment for design of new loss- <br /> in-weight-type lime feeds and slakers (Slakers No. 2 and 3). <br /> 6. Review existing Slaker No. 2 and 3 barrel valves for replacement with new barrel <br /> valves. <br /> 7. Develop radio path survey Request For Proposal to send to System Integrators. <br /> 8. Develop control descriptions and I/O list for primary and secondary basins sludge <br /> draw-off and flushing valves. <br /> 9. Develop control descriptions and UO list for entire filter system. <br />
