Lynch worked as a <br /> subcontractor installing a City storm sewer on Greenridge in 2000. This work was completed to <br /> the City's satisfaction. City Engineering contacted several cities where HSC Lynch has <br /> performed sanitary sewer work. Those contacted were very satisfied with the work performed. <br /> Staff recommends HCS Lynch Construction as the lowest responsible bidder for the proposed <br /> Kaydon Drive Relief Sewer. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections to this resolution <br /> and bid award. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> Contacts were made regarding sanitary sewer work HCS Lynch Construction, Inc., completed for <br /> the Village of Godfrey, Illinois; the Village of Bethalto, Illinois; and the Village of Donnellson, <br /> Illinois. In each case, the work was completed in a very satisfactory manner. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, City Engineer, at 424-2747 <br /> The City Engineer, Matt Newell, will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any <br /> questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Funding for this project is currently budgeted in the City's Sewer Fund.
