44th Street/Powers Lane: This work will replace a portion of a low flow drainage pipe that <br /> runs beneath a drainage way in the Country Manor subdivision. <br /> The portion to be replaced has collapsed and is no longer in usable <br /> condition. This pipe serves to keep the drainage way dry and <br /> maintainable during low flow periods. <br /> The project plans and specifications were prepared by the Engineering Division. The project was <br /> advertised on December 18, 2003 and bids were opened on January 13, 2004.
