30. Chan�es to Scope of Work. The Owner and the Contractor agree that no changes, <br /> modifications, additions or deletions to the Scope of Work shall be made without prior written <br /> approval of the Sponsor. THE OWNER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT IF IT <br /> REQUESTS THE CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM WORK NOT LISTED IN THE SCOPE OF <br /> WORK OR CHANGE ORDERS, THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT <br /> FOR SUCH ADDITIONAL WORK.
