including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, <br /> strikes, lockouts, freight embargoes, weather conditions of unusual severity, unavoidable <br /> delay in transportation, and unusual casualties; or <br /> c. Changes ordered in the Work pursuant to any Change Orders. <br /> 9. Permits; Licenses; Bonds; Inspection Fees; Taxes. The Contractor shall obtain all <br /> required permits and licenses,post all bonds and pay all ta�ces required by law or <br /> ordinance in connection with the Project. The Contractor shall,where required by <br /> - law or ordinance, use only licensed employees and subcontractors, and,where required <br /> by law or ordinance,require any subcontractors to use only licensed employees and <br /> subcontractors. <br /> 10. Codes. The Contractor shall follow all building,plumbing, electrical,mechanical, <br /> life safety, zoning, fire and other codes and ordinances applicable to the Project, <br /> and shall insure that all Work, including any portion thereof performed by any and <br /> all subcontractors, complies with such codes and ordinances. <br /> 11. Law and Regulations: Enforcement by Sponsor. Both the Owner and the Contractor <br /> shall comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and executive orders applicable to this <br /> Contract and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Owner <br /> and Contractor agree that the Sponsor has authority to, and may, in its discretion, <br /> enforce in any manner available under law, this provision for violations by the Owner <br /> or Contractor of such laws, rules, regulations, or executive orders. <br /> a.
