ATTACHMENT A <br /> Original Contract references for modification <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> (Page 11 of original Contract) <br /> SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED: GENERAL <br /> The CONSULTANT shall: <br /> II. Create, Plan, Design and provide General Specifications, for a system of <br /> signage to reflect the character and identity as requested by the City of <br /> Decatur. The CONSULTANT shall familiarize Itself with the City <br /> environment and shall proceed to create a signage system that identifies <br /> signage to be placed and located within the perimeter of the City as to <br /> create an information routing to find identified destinations and parking in <br /> and around the City. <br /> III. SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED <br /> Planning, Design, General Specifications and Technical Service <br /> Concerning a Sign System for the City of Decatur: <br /> Within one hundred fifty (150) days of execution of the Agreement <br /> CONSULTANT will complete Phase I of the project as identified below: <br /> 1. A custom designed and complete "family of signs" to reflect the <br /> character and identity of the City including an existing designated <br /> City logo or graphic design. <br /> 2. A master site plan for proximity locations of the signs with sign <br /> types, legends and messages in and around designated <br /> "Downtown" and other portions of the City. <br /> 3. Drawings and general specifications of the signs based on CITY <br /> approval <br /> complying with both IDOT and County regulations for signing in "the <br /> right of way". <br /> 2 <br />
