R2003-204 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS <br /> TEEN CHALLENGE <br /> -PUBLIC FACILITY GRANT PROGRAM- <br /> DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and Teen Challenge regarding the Public Facility Grant Program be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
