� M <br /> Upon review of the Project Plan, City staff is planning to negotiate a fee schedule with BGM to <br /> develop detailed design drawings and specifications required for the construction of the project. <br /> Prior to proceeding with the detailed design phase, City staff will present a follow-up report to <br /> the City Council with a request for approval of the negotiated engineering fees. <br /> The selection of the consultant was the result of the evaluation of eight (8) proposals received <br /> from engineering consultants. BGM has undertaken and successfully completed a number of <br /> engineering services with the City.
