If the City Council chooses not to go with the low bidder on <br /> this project, all bids will need to be rejected since they exceed the CDBG funding ($79,225) that <br /> is available. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: <br /> In the past, obj ections have been raised by various individuals and organizations regarding the <br /> work quality of Karnic Construction. The work is governed by standards and specifications that <br /> bind the contractor to a proper level of performance.
