6.Modification/Termination of Interqovernmental Aqreement : This Agreement may be terminated upon any one of the following : a. By mutual agreement of both parties ; b. By 30-day notice by either party personally served upon the non terminating party ; c. By approval of the Facilities Plan Amendment by the IEPA and mutual acceptance that all services to be accomplished in this agreement are satisfactorily completed.
