(b) Motor Vehicle . The City shall furnish to the Authority, <br /> during the term of this Agreement, a motor vehicle which shall be <br /> of sufficient size that it may be driven on all floors of Parking <br /> Garage B and Parking Garage C. Such vehicle shall be maintained by <br /> the City, including gasoline and oil, and shall be available for <br /> use by the Authority from the hours of 12 Noon through 10 p.m. <br /> Monday through Friday of each week, except such days scheduled as <br /> City holidays . When not otherwise used by the City or the Author- <br /> ity, such vehicle shall be parked in the City portion of the Civic <br /> Center parking lot located adjacent to the City and Authority <br /> administrative office building. <br /> 12 . Term. The term of this Contract shall begin August 4, <br /> 2003 � and shall continue through August 3, 2006 • <br />� 13 . Termination. Either party hereto may terminate this <br /> Agreement upon sixty days ' prior written notice to the other party. <br /> 14 . Services Furnished. The Authority shall, in carrying out <br /> the terms of this Agreement : � <br /> (a) Furnish prompt, safe, efficient and courteous service <br /> adequate to meet all demands for its services required under this <br /> Agreement . <br /> (b) Furnish said service on a fair, equal and non-discrim- <br /> inatory basis to all users thereof. <br /> (c) Provide attendants having a neat and clean appearance at <br /> all times . <br /> -6- <br />
