(d) Maintain a close watch over attendants to insure that <br /> they shall discharge their duties in a safe, courteous and <br /> efficient manner and maintain a high standard of safety and service <br /> to the public. <br /> (e) Use its best efforts in every proper manner to maintain <br /> and develop the business conducted by its hereunder and to increase <br /> the same . <br /> (f) Not divert or cause or allow to be diverted any business <br /> from the facility. <br /> 15. Maintenance. It is understood and agreed that City will <br /> at its own expense furnish all maintenance, upkeep and repairs for <br /> said facility and the equipment therein, except that the Authority <br /> and its employees shall keep their immediate working area at the <br /> collection booths clean and neat . <br /> 16. Parking Garage Fund. All payments, reimbursements and <br /> expenses paid by City pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid from <br /> the Motor Vehicle Parking System Fund and no other fund of the <br /> City, and the Authority agrees to look only to such fund for any <br /> compensation or payment due it under the terms of this Agreement, <br /> all of the terms and conditions, covenants and agreements of which <br /> are expressly made subject to and shall be governed by the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No . 4686, provided however, the City shall <br /> give to the General Manager of the Authority a notice within seven <br /> calendar days after there is a balance of less than $10, 000 . 00 in <br /> the Motor Vehicle Parking System Fund. <br /> -7- <br />
