NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the transfer of jurisdiction of the following streets, as described in the <br /> agreements, copy of which is attached hereto, and they are hereby, added to, and made part of the <br /> Municipal Street System of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Section 2, That the transfer of jurisdiction of the following streets, as descnbed in the <br /> agreements, copy of which is attached hereto, and they are hereby, transferred to, and made part <br /> of the County Highway System of the County of Macon. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby, authorized and directed to sign <br /> the Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements attached hereto as Exhibit A, regarding transfer of <br /> jurisdiction of the highway from the County to the City, and the City to the County, and they are <br /> hereby further authorized and directed to sign any additional documents required to effect the <br /> jurisdictional transfers approved herein. <br /> Section 4.
