obligation to obtain and keep in force the required insurance. Coverage in the minimum <br /> amounts set forth herein shall not be construed to relieve EAST LAKE from its <br /> obligation to indemnify the CITY in excess of said coverage, in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this Agreement. The cancellation clause on certificates of insurance for the <br /> CITY shall read as follows: <br /> "Should any of the above-described policies be cancelled before the <br /> expiration date thereof, the issuing company will mai130 days' <br /> written notice of cancellation to the certificate holder named hereon." <br /> 12. This Agreement shall be construed as a license to the PERMITEES to occupy <br /> and use the premises as described herein, and as such it may be terminated after ten (10) <br /> days' prior written notice, in the event that EAST LAKE fails to cure any default of the <br /> material terms hereof within (10) days after receiving written notice thereof from the <br /> CITY. <br /> 13. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall <br /> be deemed to be an original copy, and all of which together shall constitute one <br /> agreement binding on all parties hereto, notwithstanding that all the parties shall not have <br /> signed the same counterpart. I <br /> 14. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws I�I', <br /> of the State of Illinois,without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. ' <br /> 15.
