R2003-110 <br /> RESOLUTION SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING <br /> FOR PROPOSED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS. <br /> Section 1. That, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-1 et seq., a public hearing is hereby <br /> scheduled upon a proposed annexation agreement between the City of Decatur and the owners of <br /> the property described below, said public hearing being scheduled before this Council on August <br /> 18, 2003, at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers: <br /> The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section <br /> Thirty-three (33), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Three (3) East of the <br /> Third Principal Meridian, EXCEPT the South 20 acres thereof, AND EXCEPT a <br /> right of way along, over, above and across the East 16.5 feet of said described real <br /> estate, AND EXCEPT beginning at a point 609 feet West of the Northeast Corner <br /> of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said <br /> Section 33, on the North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest <br /> Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 33, thence West 717.6 feet to the Northwest <br /> Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quaxter (SW 1/4) of <br /> said Section 33, thence South 364.25 feet on the West line of the Southeast <br /> Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 33, thence <br /> East 717.6 feet, thence North 364.25 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2.
