The City shall be exempt from payment <br /> of all unemployment compensation, FICA,retirement, life and/or medical insurance and <br /> workers' compensation insurance as Heritage, Inc. is an independent contractor. <br /> B. Notifications ' <br /> Heritage, Inc. will make available to all employees and/or will post in a conspicuous <br /> place, Heritage, Inc.'s commitments hereunder noted. <br /> C. EqualOpportunity <br /> Heritage, Inc. agrees to comply with the following regulations that ensure equal <br /> opportunity in employment and contracting, insofar as they apply to this Agreement: the <br /> Equal Employment Opportunity Act, executive order 11246 as amended; Section 3 of the <br /> Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; and Executive Orders 1625, 12432, and <br /> 12138 regarding minority/women's business enterprise. <br /> D.
