RESOLUTION NO. R2003-92 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> DOOR SPECIALTY- OVERHEAD DOOR CO. OF MACON COUNTY <br /> -REPLACEMENT BUS BARN DOORS - <br /> WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 30, 2003, for fizrnishing the Transit System with <br /> eight (8) replacement overhead garage doors with all hardware and motors, including installation., <br /> with four bids received; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lowest bidder was Door Specialty - Overhead Door Co. of Macon <br /> County with a bid of $37,688.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, Door Specialty- Overhead Door Co. of Macon County has been found to be <br /> a qualified and responsible firm, and competent to perform the work required. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids submitted for furnishing the Transit System with <br /> eight (8) replacement overhead garage doors with all hardware and motors, including installation, <br /> be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Door Specialty - Overhead Door Co. of Macon County be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
