The ERP shall include: <br /> 1. Executive Summary <br /> 2. Authorities and References <br /> Shall include legal authority, references, and policy and authority. <br /> 3. Purpose <br /> , 4. Situation and Assumptions <br /> 5. Concept of Operations <br /> Shall address general concept of operations, phases of emergency <br /> management, levels of emergency, and support for standardized emergency <br /> management system <br /> 6. Organization and Responsibilities <br /> Shall encompass incident command, unified command, emergency operations <br /> center, agency responsibilities, support and special staff, mutual aid, and <br /> continuity of management. <br /> 7. Plan development and maintenance <br /> 8. Functional Annexes <br /> Shall include emergency management organization, communication and <br /> notification, damage assessment, and after action report. <br /> The actual plan format and content may vary to reflect conditions unique to the City of <br /> Decatur and/or existing emergency planning documents. <br /> Engineer shall submit five copies of the draft plan to Owner for review. <br /> Task 8. Final ERP <br /> Engineer shall prepare and submit a final plan incorporating Owner comments. Five <br /> controlled copies of the final plan shall be provided Owner for record in hard copy format <br /> and a copy shall be provided in read/write electronic format in Microsoft NT, Microsoft <br /> Word�XP, Microsoft Excel XP, and Auto Cad 2000 file format on compact disc. <br /> .
