The agenda for the workshop shall include: <br /> Session 1: Emergency Operations Center Organization and Responsibilities, <br /> Damage Assessment, After Action Reporting <br /> Determine emergency operations teams (see below) and agree on Plan format. <br /> Gather information regarding Emergency Response Organization assignments and <br /> responsibilities. Discuss responsibility for execution of damage assessment and <br /> after-action reporting. <br /> Session 2: Raw Water Supply Major Emergency Planning <br /> Brainstorm planning elements for response to a major emergency regarding <br /> response to, and recovery from an incident(s) affecting raw water sources, <br /> reservoirs, pump stations and water transmission systems. <br /> Session 3: Water Treatment Major Emergency Planning <br /> Brainstorm planning elements for response to a major emergency regarding <br /> response to, and recovery from an incident(s) affecting water treatment systems <br /> and pump stations. <br /> Session 4: Major Contamination Emergency � <br /> Brainstorm planning elements for response to a major emergency regarding <br /> response to, and recovery from an incident(s) involving <br /> chemical/biological/radiological contamination of raw water transmission or <br /> treated water distribution systems. <br /> Session 5: Coordination with Emergency Responders and LocaVState Public <br /> Health Agencies <br /> Brainstorm planning elements for response to a major emergency regarding <br /> intentional, technological, and man-made incident(s) affecting the ability to <br /> supply water to its primary customers. Will include participation by City and <br /> County Emergency Responders and Public Health Officials. <br /> The actual agenda may vary to reflect conditions unique to the City of Decatur. <br /> The ERP workshop is estimated by Engineer to be completed within a total of 12 hours, <br /> and shall be considered a part of the Basic Services. ERP workshop time in excess of 12 <br /> hours shall be considered Supplemental Services. <br /> A meeting memorandum shall be prepared to summarize the results of the workshop. <br /> Task 7.
