copies of the final report shall be provided to Owner for record in hard copy format and if <br /> desired, a copy may be provided in electronic format in Microsoft Word� file format on <br /> compact disc. <br /> Emer�ency Response Plan (ERP) <br /> Engineer shall develop the ERP after the VA has been completed and shall base the plan <br /> on the threats and risks identified in the VA. The ERP shall consist of four basic tasks <br /> (Tasks six through nine). <br /> Task 6. ERP Review and Workshop <br /> Engineer shall review existing documents and conduct a workshop with Owner(and local <br /> emergency response personnel). Engineer shall obtain (with the assistance of the Owner), <br /> review, and summarize existing emergency plans previously developed or currently under <br /> development. By summarizing the plans, outdated and duplicated information shall be <br /> identified, as will information critical to the development of the new plans. The plans to <br /> be reviewed shall include: <br /> • Existing City of Decatur and Department of Water Management Emergency <br /> Operations Plans. <br /> • Plans that are a part of accidental chemical release prevention Risk Management <br /> Plans (40 CFR 68). <br /> • Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans (40 CFR 112). <br /> • OSHA Process Safety Management Plans (29 CFR 1910.119). <br /> • OSHA employee emergency plans (29 CFR 1910.38). <br /> The workshop shall be conducted in Decatur and include selected members of the <br /> Owner's staff to discuss general emergency preparedness, operations, recovery and crisis <br /> management issues and concerns identified through the vulnerability assessment process. <br /> The schedule for activities shall be discussed, as well as manpower requirements needed <br /> from Owner's staff to support the emergency operations planning activities. Specific <br /> information to be discussed in this initial workshop shall include: <br /> • Review of the goals of the project, scope of services to be performed, schedule of <br /> project activities, deliverables to be provided, and the schedule for submission of <br /> the deliverables. <br /> • Review of the results of the VA as they apply to the ERP. <br /> � Discussion of the format and contents of the ERP. <br /> • Identification of any additional data, information, and/or documents required to <br /> complete the ERP. <br /> A-5 <br /> Ciry of Decamr Task Order No.2 <br /> Rev.OS-21-03 <br />
