► <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 1 <br /> � <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DATED <br /> WHEREAS, a Continuing Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 16, 2003 <br /> (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), now exists and is in full force and effect <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) and Black & <br /> Veatch Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Engineer); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the scope of services subject to the Agreement is being expanded to include <br /> services for inspecting and reporting the condition of existing sedimentation basins at the <br /> South Water Treatment plant as described in Attachment A, Scope of Services for this <br /> Task Order No. 1; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in the Agreement, <br />� Owner and Engineer agree to amend the Agreement as stipulated in this Task Order No. 1 <br /> and Attachments A and B. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Task Order No.1 and its <br /> effective date shall be June 16, 2003 <br /> CITY C�F DECATUR BLACK & VEATCH <br /> OWNER ENGINEER <br /> By: � By: ' ��L.
