RESOLUTION NO. R2003-80 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT ADDENDUlV� <br /> LAKE DECATUR DREDGING EQUIPMENT <br /> - DREDGING SUPPLY COMPANY - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Addendum to the Contract between the City of Decatur and <br /> Dredging Supply Company, previously approved by Resolution R2002-107 be, and the same is <br /> hereby,modified to authorize one check valve for an additional cost of$4,400.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Addendum on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3.
