submitted to the Department's district office, Attention: Bureau of Local Roads and <br /> Streets, at 13473 II Hwy. 133, P.O. Box 610, Paris, Illinois 61944. All bills for the NS <br /> and ICRR expenditures set forth in Section 5 herein shall be sent to the Department's <br /> central office, Attention: Bureau of Local Roads and Streets, Fiscal Control Unit, at <br /> 2300 S. Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, Illinois 62764. The final bill for expenditures by <br /> each party shall be clearly marked "Final Bill", and authorization for reimbursement <br /> from the Grade Crossing Protection Fund shall expire and the Department shall de- <br /> obligate all residual Grade Crossing Protection Fund money twelve (12) months after <br /> the completion date specified in the Order. <br /> SP�ti�n �o� The City shall submit to the Commission's Rail Safety Program Administrator, a <br /> copy of the plans detailing the highway traffic signal control changes, sign installations and <br /> pavement marking at the crossings subject of this Agreement. The City must receive a letter <br /> approving its proposed improvements from the Rail Safety Program Administrator prior to <br /> making the improvements. <br /> In Witness Whereof, the parties have caused this agreement to be executed by their <br /> duly authorized officers, as of the dates indicated herein. <br /> 5 <br />
