MEETING MINUTES I <br /> Scoping Meeting-Twin Bridge Road Study <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> 6. IDOT will participate in funding for the construction of this project if traffic benefits are <br /> created as a part of the improvements. <br /> 7. Twin Bridge Road is located within the Village of Long Creek. A discussion was held on <br /> the possibility of having the City of Decatur become the future owner of this section of <br /> roadway through a jurisdictional transfer. This issue will be explored during the study. <br /> 8. Coordination with the National Guard will take place as part of the study. <br /> 9. Coordination with the Antioch Christian Church will be required. The church is unable <br /> to expand at their current location and has recently purchased property on the south side <br /> of Route 36. <br /> 10. Funding for the construction of this project will be important and will be investigated and <br /> included as a part of the study report. <br /> 11. HLC requested electronic drawing files for the cargo facility area. HLC will contact Jeff <br /> Ball at Hanson Professional Services for this. <br /> 12. The City has survey information in this area and will provide this to HLC for the study. <br /> 13. IDOT has existing plans for this area and will furnish this data to HLC for their use in <br /> performing the study. <br /> 14. The deliverables for the project will be a Study Report. The report will include project <br /> related verbiage, correspondence, documentation of all project meetings, IDS preparation <br /> and all roadway concepts, and will include the Project Development Report (BLR 5750). <br /> 15. The study timeframe will be approximately 5 months. <br /> 16. HLC will prepare a detailed scope of work based on the discussions of this meeting and <br /> submit it to the client, the City of Decatur and the Decatur Park District for their review <br /> by Friday March 7. This proposal and contract information will be given to the City <br /> Council and Park District Board for approval sometime in March or early April. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 4:30 pm. <br /> Items received at meeting: ' <br /> 1.
