The MLTNIS Software Products licensed by Client herein belong to the following Groups, as that term is used on page 2 of the Agreement: 1 <br /> ' ' a. Financials: Accounting/General LedgerBudgeting/Accounts Payable,Purchase Orders,Requisitions, Inventory,Project Accounting,Work � <br /> Orders,Accounts Receivable/Cash Receipting, General Billing,Contract Management; <br /> b. Human Resources: Payroll,Personnel Management; <br /> c.Utility: Utility Billing,UB Meter Reader Interface; <br /> ' d. Other Functions: Animal Licenses,Parking Tickets/Enforcement Technology Interface,Business Licenses,MiJNIS Office. <br /> e. Permits&Code Enforcement <br /> 33. MUNIS will keep the minimum insurance coverages set forth in the Certificate of Liability Insurance attached hereto as Exhibit 9 and the <br /> Certificate of Workers'Compensation Insurance attached hereto as Exhibit 10 in full force and effect during the performance of any and all work under <br /> the Agreement. Client does not warrant the adequacy of the types of insurance or the limits of liability specified. Client may request certified copies o ; , <br /> the original policies at its option. <br /> � <br /> MLJNIS will provide Client with Certificates of Insurance setting forth the coverages, limits and endorsements specified prior to Client executing the <br /> contract. The Certificate of Liability Insurance shall name the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers and employees, as additional insureds on its <br /> Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability policies. <br /> Should any MLTNIS insurance policy, as documented in the Certificates of Insurance attached hereto as Exhibits 9 and 10,be canceled before the <br /> � expiration date thereof, MLTNIS will mail thirty(30)days written notice to Client. <br /> 34. The MiJNIS OnLine Fee of$37,750 is broken down as follows: <br /> , a. MUNIS OnLine for Employees: $6,250 <br /> b. MiJNIS OnLine for Citizen Requests(Complaint Tracking): $10,500 <br /> c. MUNIS OnLine for Utility Bill Payments/Inquiry: $10,500 <br /> d. MIJNIS OnLine for Miscellaneous Revenue Payment(includes Animal Licenses,Business Licenses, Permits,Parking Tickets): $10,500 <br /> � The MLJNIS OnLine Fee includes the cost of VPN maintenance. <br /> '35.
