R2003-11 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> 4MC CORPORATION <br /> - FUELING STATION CANOPY - <br /> WHEREAS, bids were opened on November 1, 2002, for the construction of a fueling <br /> station canopy for the Decatur Public Transit System; and <br /> WHEREAS, the single bidder was 4MC Corporation with a bid of$19,973.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, 4MC Corporation has been found to be a qualified and responsible firm, and <br /> competent to perform the work required. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the tabulation of the bids submitted for the construction of a fueling <br /> station canopy for the Decatur Public Transit System be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of 4MC Corporation be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the City Manager and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur be, and they <br /> are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and 4MC Corporation for the construction of a fueling station canopy for the Decatur <br /> Public Transit System, as specified in the request for proposals/bids, at their bid price of <br /> $19,973.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of January, 2003. , - <br /> -.--.� <br /> f .i� <br /> �l�i iv <br /> TE .
