the mutual written approval of the parties. The Installation Schedule shall not be construed <br /> as modifying any term or condition of this Agreement. I <br /> 7. Cutover <br /> 7.1 Cutover of the Centrex Service shall occur as described in the Installation Schedule or at a <br /> date agreed to by the parties in writing (the "Cutover Date"). Cutover shall be deemed to <br /> have occurred when t.he Centrex Service and features designated in this Agreement are <br /> substantially provided to Customer. <br /> If Ameritech's performance of the Installation Schedule is delayed due to changes, acts, or <br /> omissions of Customer or Customer's contractor or due to any occunence within the scope <br /> of Section 14 of this Agreement, Ameritech will have the right to extend Cutover for a <br /> reasonable period of time, but at least equal to the period of such delay and consequences. <br /> Such delays in the Installation Schedule must be communicated as soon as practical in <br /> writing by Customer's appointed project coordinator to the Ameritech project manager. <br /> 7.2 Ameritech agrees to make all modi�cations to the data base related to the Centrex Service <br /> and features provided pursuant to this Agreement at no charge to Customer up to sixty (60) <br /> calendar days prior to the Cutover Date. <br /> No changes to the data base or system configuration shall be made during the sixty (60) <br /> day period prior to the Cutover Date unless expressly agreed to in writing by Ameritech. <br /> In the event of such.agreement, service charges including, but not limited to, service <br /> ordering charges, line connection charges, and program change charges specified in <br /> I11.C.C. No. 20, Part 3, Section 1, shall apply. <br /> 8. Service and Maintenance Obligations <br /> Ameritech represents to Customer that the Centrex Service and features provided pursuant <br /> to this Agreement shall operate substantially and materially in accordance with the <br /> manuf.acturer's specifications and those set forth in this Agreement for the Term of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> If, under normal and proper use, Centrex Service and features provided pursuant to this <br /> Agreement fail to perform substantially as specified above, and Customer notifies <br /> Ameritech within the Term of this Agreement, Ameritech shall correct such service <br /> degradations or failures without charge to Customer in accordance with the terms of this <br /> Agreement. Customer may report service and feature problems seven (7) days per week <br /> and twenty-four(24) hours per day. For all major trouble reports, Ameritech shall <br /> commence remote diagnostics and repair or shall dispatch appropriate technicians to the <br /> site within four(4) hours of Customer's request at all times including weekends and <br /> holidays observed by Ameritech.
