� 2. The Employment Agreement, dated September 24, 1999, as amended, in Section 6 <br /> thereof,provided that the Employee was entitled to an annual salary of One Hundred Ten Thousand <br /> Dollars($110,000.00),which annual salary shall hereafter be in the amount of One Hundred Fifteen <br /> Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($115,500.00), which salary figure shall be used wherever the <br /> Employment Agreement, dated September 24, 1999, as amended, provided for a salary figure. <br /> 3. The Employment Agreement,dated September 24, 1999,as amended,in Section 12 <br /> thereof,provided that the Employee would be credited with fifteen(15)days of paid vacation on an <br /> annual basis, that the Employee could carry forward into the succeeding year five (5) days of paid <br /> vacation and that the Employee was required to use at least ten (10) days of annual vacation in a <br /> given year of the Employment Agreement. Said provision is hereby expressly amended to provide <br /> the Employee with twenty (20) days of paid vacation annually, of which the Employee is required <br /> to use at least fifteen(15)days of paid vacation during a given year of his employment with the City <br /> and that the Employee remains entitled to carry forward no more that five (5) days of annual paid <br /> vacation to succeeding years. <br /> 4. The Employment Agreement,dated September 24, 1999, as amended, in Section 11 <br /> thereof,provided that the Employee would be provided(among other things)the use of City-owned <br /> automobile that was available for limited personal use by the Employee, for which the Employee <br /> would reimburse the City at a specified rate per mile for personal travel greater than fifty(50)miles <br /> (or one hundred(100)miles round trip). Said provision is hereby expressly amended to provide that <br /> the Employee shall reimburse the City for such personal use of the City-owned automobile at the <br /> rate established by the Internal Revenue Service for reimbursable mileage for the period in question. <br /> -2- <br />
