That the Agreement authorizing design study services for Mound Road / <br /> Route 51 Intersection Improvements, City Project 2002-35, presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc., be, and the same is <br /> hereby,received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Blank, Wesselink, <br /> Cook &Associates, Inc., for a fee not to exceed $42,500.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2002. <br /> erry M.
