R2002-201 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT <br /> LAKE DECATUR BASIN 6 DREDGING <br /> SEDIMENT STORAGE FACILITY& <br /> DREDGE MOBILIZATION SITE CONSTRUCTION <br /> CITY PROJECT 9956 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement adopted by Resolution on August 5, 2002, between <br /> Koester Contracting Corporation and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified <br /> and amended so that said Agreement shall provide for a total compensation not to exceed <br /> $2,208,552. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute such documentation as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 2002. <br /> TERR .
