These items will be adjusted at the established unit prices from <br /> the Schedule of Values. <br /> 1.) The entire 2,000 sq. yard staging area is deleted. <br /> 2.) The revisions to the profile grade of the access road resulted in a net reduction of <br /> 815.98 cys. of fill from the original design volume. <br /> 3.) It was necessary for us to add back 194.16 cys of earthwork to account for the 3- <br /> inch stripping of vegetation that will be required before we can place the geotextile <br /> fabric and crushed stone base. <br /> 4.)
