R2002-147 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> LAKE SHORE DRIVE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2001-44 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quotations received for City Project 2001-44, Lake Shore Drive <br /> Storm Sewer Improvement, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the quotation of Entler Excavating Co., Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
