! • <br /> SECTION 3. Upon receipt of an invoice as described in Section 2, and within fifteen <br /> (15) days of the date by which said invoice was due, the CITY will reimburse DISTRICT 61 <br /> for its employment expenses as set out in said invoice; provided that, the CITY shall not be <br /> liable to DISTRICT 61 for any total amount in excess of EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND !, <br /> DOLLARS ($86,000.00) during the initial term of this agreement, or any extension hereof. , <br /> SECTION 4. The term of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2002 through June 30, <br /> 2003. Additional one (1) year extensions may be agreed to, in writing, between the Police <br /> Chief for the CITY and the Superintendent for DISTRICT 61, and shall be effective for the <br /> succeeding July 1 through June 30. Such extensions must be agreed to in writing prior to <br /> July 1 for the year during which the agreement is to be extended, and all of the terms and <br /> provisions hereof shall be in full force and effect during such extension. <br /> SECTION 5. Ali obiigaii�ns of the CITY hereunder are subject to the appropriation <br /> by the City Council of sufficient funds to meet said obligations, and all such obligations are <br /> limited to the extent of such appropriations.
