R2002-133 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> BAINBRIDGE, GEE, MILANSHI & ASSOCIATES, INC., <br /> DESIGN SERVICES <br /> FOR THE KAYDON DRIVE - IMBODEN DRIVE <br /> SANITARY SEWER STUDY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing design services for the Kaydon Drive - <br /> Imboden Drive Sanitary Sewer Study presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski & Associates, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
