R2002-121 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF CI3ANGE ORDER NO.2 <br /> CENTRAL PARK FOUNTAIN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement between Christy Foltz and the City of Decatur be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified to authorize a Change Order for an additional cost of$17,541.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such Change <br /> Orders as are necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3.
