RESOLUTION NO. R2002-119 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> - CSX TRANSPORTATION, INC. - <br /> - 44TH STREET & U.S. ROUTE 36 - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and CSX Transportation, Inc., regarding the installation of highway traffic signals at the 44th Street and <br /> U.S. Route 36 intersection,be, and the same is hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> sign said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 1 st day of July, 2002. <br /> T .
