� a <br /> . � � <br /> official capacities, from all claims for property damage, bodily injury or death resulting from or <br /> ' arising out of any swimming pool inspection performed by a CITY electrical inspector pursuant <br /> to the terms and provisions hereof, and from all costs, demands, suits, losses, attorney fees <br /> and liabilities incurred in or about any such claim for property damage, bodily injury or death or <br /> any action or proceeding brought thereon. <br /> 4. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect beginning July 1, 2002, and shall <br /> remain in effect until terminated by either party hereto by written notice served on the other <br /> party. Notice of termination shall be effective when served personally on the City Clerk or the <br /> County Clerk, as the case may be, or on the third day following the mailing of such notice <br /> addressed to either of said officers.
