� <br /> The fourth item is the addition of a backflow valve to the foundation drain of the pump vault. <br /> This is an added precaution to prevent the backup of water into the pump vault should the <br /> storm sewer system backup. This is considered to be a needed device to protect the pumping <br /> system. The cost for this additional item and the related work is $2,586.00. <br /> These changes have either been completed or will be completed and will not impact the project ' <br /> schedule which has the fountain and associated improvements being done prior to the Decatur <br /> Celebration. <br /> The table (attached) summarizing the estimated cost to complete the fountain has been <br /> updated to reflect this change order.
