Incorporate comments and suggestions. <br /> 18. Release Issues Definition document to the finalist vendor for completion. Provide a <br /> two- (2) day turnaround period from the date of release to the required return date. <br /> 19. Review and evaluate finalist vendor responses to functional and technical <br /> requirements in the Issues Definition document. Complete an initial high-level review of the finalist vendor's proposed license and <br /> maintenance agreements included in the Issues Definition document response. <br /> Prepare comments on each document. <br /> 22. Prepare for and conduct a meeting with the Steering Committee to discuss the <br /> responses. Prioritize items to be discussed during the next project phase. <br /> Total Phase Nine: Issue Definition Analysis 40 Hours $7,000 <br /> Plhase Ten: Final Design/Contract Negotiations - <br /> 23. Perform a detailed analysis of the vendor's license and maintenance agreement, using <br /> Group 1's standard terms checklist. Prepare a list of contract modifications and <br /> addenda for consideration by the City. <br /> 24. Prepare for and conduct a meeting with Steering Committee to review the proposed <br /> modifications and addenda. Assign priorities to each item and obtain consensus from <br /> the City, in particular regarding any items deemed "non-negotiable" by both Group 1 <br /> and the City ' <br /> 25. Present proposed modifications and addenda to the finalist vendor. Repeat Steps 24- <br /> 26 as often as required dependent on issue resolution. Obtain closure on all items <br /> and finalize contracts. <br /> 26. (Optional Step) Attend Council meeting when contracts are presented.
