BUDGET/TIME The consultant proposes to replace Phase 6 of the initial contract <br /> IMPLICATIONS: for the IT study with the "accelerated" Phase 6 of the work plan in <br /> the attached contract. The initial contract was for an amount not to <br /> exceed $64,400. It is amended by the attached agreement so that <br /> it would now not exceed $47,250 (a reduction of $17,150), and � <br /> would include only the first 5 phases of the project. With Phase 6 <br /> included in the new agreement, the total cost of this second <br /> contract would be for an amount not to exceed $68,950.
