R2002-102 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 2002 /2003 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the Coalition of <br /> Neighborhood Organization (C.O.N.O.) and Catholic Charities be, and they are hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
