Staffin� <br /> To complete the above activities, the Program will provide a portion of the salary for <br /> one part-time Program Coordinator. <br /> D. Performance Monitorin� <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and <br /> performance standards required herein in accardance to the CDBG recipient <br /> monitoring plan. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute <br /> noncompliance with this agreement.
