, . -8- Peoria County In connection with a previous grant application, Peoria County and Amalgamated Transit Union Local 416, which represents transportation related employees of CityLink and CityLift in the service area of the project, accepted the terms of Capital Assistance Protective Arrangements dated December 20, 2001, and shall each be deemed a party to the Arrangements. These Arrangements provide to employees represented by the union protections satisfying the requirements of 49 U.S.C. , Section 5333 (b) . City of Quincy n In connection with a previous grant application, the City of Quincy and the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Local 1108 � executed an agreement dated July 3, 1978, which provides to the employees represented by the union protections satisfying the • requirements of 49 U.S.C. , Section 5333 (b) . The parties have - � agreed that the terms and conditions of the agreement dated July 3, 1978, shall be made applicable to the instant project. St. Clair County Transft District � - In connection with a previous grant application, the St. Clair County Transit District and Amalgamated Transit Union Local 788 and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1, which represent transportation related employees of the Bi-State Development Agency in the service area of the project, accepted the terms of Capital Assistance Protective Arrangements dated December 20, 2001, and shall each be deemed a party to the Arrangements.
