RESOLUTION NO. R2002-92 <br /> � RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF CHANGE ORDER 11 <br /> ION EXCHANGE NITRATE REMOVAL FACILITY <br /> CITY PROJECT 9953 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the agreement between Diversified Buildings, Inc., and the City of <br /> Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified to authorize a Change Order for an additional cost <br /> of$91,166.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such Change <br /> Orders as are necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreement are germane to said <br /> agreement, as signed, and such changes are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and are <br /> authorized by law. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 2002. <br /> �------.J �— <br /> TE .
