R2002-87 <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING DISCLOSURE <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> -ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM REGULATIONS - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the request to the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development regarding Exception to Conflict of Interest relative to Community Development <br /> Block Grant Entitlement Program Regulations be, and it is hereby,received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2.
