The final cost is subject to change as the result of contractor change orders to increase or decrease the contract amount and actual costs vary from the amounts estimated for additional work items. Presuming that Mr. Osborne is not successful in securing additional contributions to the approximately $150,000 he has already collected, the City's portion of the project will be about $450,000.
