This includes the changes <br /> you have requested. This proposal includes material, labor and equipment to complete <br /> the following scope of work in a professional manner, and consistent with our <br /> construction safety program. The finished product will comply with all governing codes <br /> and ADA requirements. This bid is figured tax-exempt and with prevailing wage labor. <br /> Since it was unclear to us, we have included si� alternates thax you may or may not want <br /> to add to our base bid. <br /> o SITEWORK <br /> Includes re-route of e�cisting sa.nitary sewer line around the construction area. The <br /> work includes new 6" schedule 40 PVC pipe, four 4' manholes/type-1 <br /> frame/closed lid, and tapping into existing. Sewer work will comply with City of <br /> Decatur specifications regarding trench back fill, piping and manholes. <br /> Other site work includes striping vegetation in the construction area. Also <br /> includes all cutting and re-grading of the area for the new building,parking lots <br /> and storm water retention pond. Ali backfill material will be placed and <br /> compacted and remaining spoils hauled from the site. All disturbed areas to <br /> receive final grading and seeding. <br /> o CONCRETE <br /> The building concrete footings and piers as sized by our engineer. The floor will <br /> be 8"thick in 2/3 of the building, while the remaining area to be 4"thick. Piers <br /> will be tied to floor structure with rebar hairpins. 8"x 36"concrete walls on 8" x <br /> 24"footings will be placed between and tied to piers around perimeter. All <br /> concrete will be reinforced with proper size reinforcement steel. 2"x 2' of <br /> styrofoam will be placed along perimeter walls. A 5' wide x 100' long sidewalk <br /> will be placed 3' away from the building along the parking lot.
